Ingredients

  • 3 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bacon grease
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • 3-5 slices of cooked bacon minced
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Roll dough on pan to ½” to ¼” thickness and cut into biscuits. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.

Serves 4-6.
